We combine the successful experiences of leading franchise operators with the growing markets of East & Central Europe. The EEFA is the first association which works to build strong franchise businesses in every Eastern European country.

EEFA Purpose of Activities

The purpose of activities of the EEFA is as follows:

  • Practical assistance and consulting of the Association’s members in the field of franchising in Central and Eastern European countries;
  • Development of franchising relations in Central and Eastern European countries;
  • Development of co-operation with foreign and international organizations and associations working in the sphere of franchising or supporting franchising business;
  • Improvement of qualification of personnel employed with franchising sphere;
  • Informational support in the sphere of franchising;
  • Co-ordination of activity of the Association’s members in franchising business;
  • Undertaking of scientific and practical study of franchising in every respect;
  • Supporting franchisors and franchisees in a dispute resolution processess.
  • Co-operation with the state authorities, local government authorities and other organizations in the field of franchising development and protection of Association’s members rights;
  • Distribution of information about franchising business through pedagogic and informational means;
  • Protection and promotion of social, economic (business), labour and other rights of the Association’s members;

EEFA Advisory Board

The EEFA Advisory Board is an international network of franchise professionals covering operations, development, marketing and law, who are available to advise and share their experiences with franchisors, franchisees and investors. The Advisory Board is committed to provide the EEFA with comprehensive guidance in the many different areas of their particular competencies including planning, policy making, outreach and technology.
