Filipe Correia started his work in Parfois as Expansion Manager in the beginning of 2009. Parfois, based in Oporto, Portugal, is one of the most important brands in women's accessories retail and a case of success for companies in the Iberian Peninsula. Previously, he was involved in the expansion of Salsa jeans brand having contributed for its fast international growth during 2007 and 2008. He started his international path in the Auckland Chamber of Commerce as Trade Advisor, and afterwards switched to the textile industry exports, which included a two year's experience working in Japan. Filipe's expertise covers international retail development both corporate and franchised networks, wide retail industry knowledge across Europe, Middle East and Asia and international retail strategy.

Mark has worked in the Franchise sector for nearly 20 years with Yum Restaurants and now Sbarro. He has worked in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and extensively in Central / Eastern Europe. He launched KFC in a number of Central European Markets with franchise partners and launched delivery for Pizza Hut in the Romania and Bulgaria. Mark brought KFC to Moscow and is now working with Sbarro to help develop an already strong business in Russia. Mark started his career with Yum in Supply Chain and was Director of Supply Chain for Yum Central Europe when he lived in Poland from 1997 – 1999. During that time he set up many of the supplier practices and relationships that Yum still work with over a decade later. On leaving Warsaw he returned to the UK to head up a number of Regional BMUs within Europe before becoming COO in 2007 for Yum Brands, running 1200 Franchise Stores across 27 countries. Mark joined Sbarro as VP International in June 2010 and is now leading efforts to develop the brand in a number of strategic markets in Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Mr. Sloane structured a similar transaction with Ruby Tuesday, a casual dining concept, becoming the first and for some time the only Ruby Tuesday traditional franchisee. Jeff is currently President of Krispy Kreme International, a position he has held since 2007. In this capacity he was responsible for expanding the Krispy Kreme brand into twenty countries and comprising over 450 stores. Prior to that he served as Senior Vice President Global Franchise Operations and Development for Krispy Kreme. From 1999-2004 Jeff was Vice President Real Estate International at The Home Depot where he played a key role in the expansion of that brand into Mexico and South America. From 1991-1999 he held a variety of positions with PepsiCo Restaurants (now known as YUM Brands), most recently as the London based Vice President of Franchising and Business Development for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He also played a key role in the entry of the YUM brands into Eastern Europe and Russia while based in Warsaw, Poland. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Jeff was a partner with commercial real estate developer Trammell Crow Company.
